READING SERVICES

Listed below alphabetically by state are sources that provide services to the blind and visually impaired. The services provided vary from state to state and from source to source. Among the services provided are: National Libraries for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) belonging to the Library of Congress system; talking books; radio stations that provide reading services for the visually impaired; recordings for the blind and dyslexic; loan books on tape; and large print books.
