Recently we teamed up with The Angiogenesis Foundation in an initiative to improve age-related macular degeneration patient outcomes. But to know where improvements are really needed, we need to hear from as many people as possible who have the disease or are caring for someone with the disease.
This will help us identify what aspects of treatment and care need the most improvement and give us a roadmap to draw from.
