LOW VISION CENTERSSUMMARYListed below alphabetically by state are Low Vision Centers that provide services to the blind and visually impaired. Services vary from place to place. Most provide training in how to adapt your lifestyle to accommodate visual impairments. Many provide assistance in obtaining tools to use. Some have doctors who can examine your eyes. The American Macular Degeneration Foundation does not provide referrals or recommend Low Vision Centers. However, the AMDF is providing the following as a service to our Web site visitors regarding Low Vision Centers across the United States. Inclusion on this list does not imply endorsement by the AMDF.
